Unlocking Negative Churn in B2B SaaS

An article recently published by Ross Fulton on OpenView Labs gives valuable information for unlocking “negative churn” within B2B SaaS. This article is an excellent resource as churn is especially problematic in the SaaS world and enterprises are constantly figuring out strategies to reduce it.

At the top of the list, Fulton recommends making “customer adoption a top 3 strategic priority for the entire company.” It is important to note that Fulton makes a clear distinction between a costumer simply being “active” by using a business’ product and a customer that has truly “adopted” that product.
