How to Win Friends (and Influence) non-IT SMB Buyers

According to a survey by analyst firm Techaisle, over the past 10 years, there has been an uptick in both the amount and types of information sources available to IT decision-makers on the SMB level. Per the survey, 360 on Balance of Authority: decision cycle, 1,120 US-based SMBs were asked at what level during the process do they engage with IT supplier. The response was that about half said this occurs at the decision stage.
